摘要
习近平总书记提出了"精准扶贫"的要求,贫困地区或多或少都潜在着一些原生态未开发的优质资源,生态旅游或将成为撬起贫困深山"精准扶贫"的支点。生态旅游行业具有巨大的发展潜力,并且能够丰富当地产业布局,能够实现资源的优化配置,能够发挥当地产业的后发优势等,对当地产业发展的影响巨大。然而,在生态旅游资源开发过程中,由于缺乏指导性和策略性的方案,开发定位不明确以及盲目追求经济效益等,难以实现生态旅游的可持续发展。因此,在生态旅游资源开发中,应注意结合自身优势,发挥当地生态资源的特征优势;形成完备生态的旅游体系,促进当地产业综合发展;开发和维护并举,促进当地产业可持续发展。
General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the requirements of precision poverty. The impoverished area possesses more or less potential original sustainable development of high-quality resources, ecological tourism or it will become pry poor mountains the precise poverty fulcrum. Ecological tourism industry has huge development potential, and it can enrich the local industrial layout, achieve optimal allocation of resources, and take the advantages of local industries, exerting great influence on the development of local industry. However, in the process of development of ecological tourism resources, lack of guidance and strategic plan, the development of positioning is not clear and blind pursuit of economic benefits, it is difficult to achieve sustainable development of ecological tourism. Therefore, in the development of ecological tourism resources should pay attention to the combination of its own advantages, give full play to the characteristics of the local ecological advantageous resources, constitute a complete ecological tourism system, promote the overall development of local industries, and simultaneously develop and maintain to promote the sustainable development of the local industry.
