摘要
教育教学质量的提高取决于教师发展的水平,教师作为教师发展的客体,在国家和学校重视教师发展的制度背景下,应该充分发挥积极性和能动性,主动进行自我培养,才能更好地达到教师发展的目标。本文在剖析当前教师自我发展中存在缺陷和不足的基础上,提出了教师自我培养机制建立的对策。
The promotion of educational and teaching quality depends on teacher professional development. Teacher is the object of teacher development, In the context of national and school teachers' development. teachers should give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative and self cultivation,in order to better achieve the goal of teacher development. On the basis of analyzing the defects and short-comings in the current development of teachers, this paper proposed countermeasures of the teachers' self cultivation mechanism.
