摘要
目的:研究四叶参内生真菌SYY1的抗氧化活性及其抑菌活性。方法:采用DPPH法和铁氰化钾还原力法测定四叶参内生真菌SYY1的抗氧化活性,用滤纸片法测定其抑菌活性。结果:在测试浓度0~6mg/m L范围内,四叶参内生真菌SYY1对DPPH自由基清除率及其还原能力与浓度均呈明显的量效关系。其IC50值为12.25mg/m L,EC50值为2.16mg/m L。在测试菌株中,四叶参内生真菌SYY1对白色念珠菌YEM30和白色念珠菌SU5314有抑菌作用,其对白色念珠菌YEM30抑菌圈直径为6.69±0.26mm,对白色念珠菌SU5314抑菌圈直径为5.93±0.54mm。结论:四叶参内生真菌SYY1具有一定抗氧化和抑菌活性,是筛选天然生物活性成分的潜在资源。
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity and the antibacterial activity of endophytic fungus SYY1 from Codonopsis lanceo-lata Benth. et. Hook. f. Methods:DPPH method and Potassium ferricyanide reduction force measurement were used for the determina-tion of antioxidant activity of endophytic fungus SYY1 crude extracts. The filter paper method was used for the determination of antibac-terial activity. Results:In the tested concentation range of 0~6mg/mL, the scavenging DPPH ability and the reducing power of endo-phytic fungus SYY1 had obvious dose-effect relationships with the concentration. The IC50 was 12. 25mg/mL, EC50 was 2. 16mg/mL. In the tested strains, endophytic fungus SYY1 from Codonopsis lanceolata had inhibitory effect on Canidia albicans YEM30 and Canidia albicans SU5314. The antibacterial circle diameter of Canidia albicans YEM30 was 6. 69±0. 26mm and the antibacterial circle diameter of Canidia albicans SU5314 was 5. 93±0. 54mm. Conclusions:The crude extracts of endophytic fungus SYY1 from Codonopsis lanceo-lata had certain antioxidant activity and the antibacterial activity, which could be used as the potential resource for screening natural bioactivity constituents.
