摘要
目的探究激光结合消疣方治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将50例复发性尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,分别在激光治疗基础上给予中药消疣方治疗和常规西药治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治愈率(88.0%)高于对照组(56.0%),复发率(8.0%)低于对照组(36.0%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论激光结合消疣方治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效显著,可降低复发率,值得在临床上加以推广运用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laser combined with Xiaoyou prescription in the treatment of recurrent condyloma.Methods 50 cases of recurrent CA were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 25 cases. Based on the laser treatment,the observation group was given Xiaoyou prescription,and the control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group（ 88%） was higher than that of the control group（ 56%）,the recurrence rate of the observation group（ 8%） was lower than that of the control group（ 36%）,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Laser combined with Xiaoyou prescription in the treatment of recurrent condyloma has significant effect,can reduce the recurrence rate,and it is worth to be popularized in clinical use.
