摘要
目的观察参蛭四逆汤联合西药贝那普利、螺内酯、地高辛治疗慢性心衰的治疗效果。方法治疗组和对照组原基础疾病的治疗方案不改变,对照组用贝那普利、螺内酯、地高辛治疗;治疗组采用参蛭四逆汤联用贝那普利、螺内酯、地高辛治疗。3个月后观察2组患者的LVEF、Lee氏心衰计分、醛固醇(ALD)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)。结果治疗组在提高LVEF、降低Lee氏心衰计分、醛固醇(ALD)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参蛭四逆汤在改善慢性心衰患者症状同时,降低HCF患者Lee氏心衰计分、醛固酮(ALD)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)血浆浓度,提高HCF患者LVEF,疗效可靠安全。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenzhi Sini decoction combined with Western medicine benazepril,spironolactone and digoxin in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods The origin treatment of the treatment group and the control group did not change. The control group was treated with benazepril and spironolactone and digoxin. The treatment group was given Shenzhi Sini decoction combined with Western medicine benazepril,spironolactone and digoxin. After 3 months of treatment,LVEF,Lee＇s heart failure score,aldosterone（ ALD） and angiotensin Ⅱ（ Ang Ⅱ） of the two groups were observed. Result The treatment group was better than the control group in increasing LVEF and reduce the Lee＇s heart failure score,aldosterone（ ALD） and angiotensin angiotensin Ⅱ（ ANG Ⅱ）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenzhi Sini decoction improved symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure,at the same time,reduced Lee＇s heart failure score,aldosterone（ ALD） and vascular tension angiotensin Ⅱ（ ANG Ⅱ） plasma concentration of HCF patients,and improved the LVEF in patients with HCF. The effect is reliable and safe.
