成核剂对聚丙烯非等温结晶动力学的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Different Nucleating Agents for Polypropylene Non-isothermel Crystallization Kinetics

摘要 采用了差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了PP和PP/成核剂的结晶行为,并分析了成核剂对PP结晶行为的影响,并用Jeziorny法对所得的数据进行动力学分析。结果表明,成核剂的加入使结晶温度提高了约12℃,结晶速率提高,当TMA和TMB复配时提升更明显。用Jeziorny法分析发现Avrami指数n在2.42-2.64之间变化,同时加入成核剂后,PP结晶速率常数明显提高。 The crystallization behavior of PP and PP / nucleating agents was studied by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),the effect of nucleating agent on the crystallization behavior of PP was analyzed,and the kinetic analysis by Jeziorny method of the data obtained was analyzed. The results showed that the crystallization temperature with the nucleating agent increased about 12 ℃,and the crystallization rate was increased,especially for the TMA and TMB mixtures. The change of Avrami index n in 2. 42 - 2. 64 by Jeziorny method and the crystallization rate of PP were significantly increased after the addition of nucleating agent.
