健康教育对婴儿照顾者喂养知识水平的干预效果评价

摘要 目的采用健康教育的形式对婴儿照顾者进行喂养知识水平的干预,并评价干预的效果.方法抽取吉林市358名婴儿照顾者作为研究对象,随机分成干预组和对照组.干预组进行喂养知识的健康教育,对照组不采取任何措施,比较干预前后两组喂养知识的知晓率.结果干预组在干预后喂养知识知晓率高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).对照组干预前后喂养知识知晓率无明显改变(P>0.05).干预后,干预组喂养知识知晓率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论采用健康教育的形式对婴儿照顾者进行喂养知识水平的干预是有效的. Objective To intervene in the feeding knowledge level of infant caregivers by the form of health education and evaluate the effect of intervention. Method 358 infants were selected randomly as the study objects, and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Health education was carried out in the intervention group and no measure was used in the control group, and then caregivers' awareness rates in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The awareness rate of the intervention group after the intervention was higher than that before the intervention, showing a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). In the control group, there was no significant change in the awareness rate of feeding knowledge before and after intervention (P〉0.05). After the intervention, the awareness rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion It is effective to adopt the form of health education to the infant earegivers about feeding knowledge, and relevant health departments should actively carry out the health education activities.
