摘要
目的:明确光动力疗法(PDT)对肛管内尖锐湿疣(ACW)患者HPV DNA载量的影响。方法:33例ACW患者在PDT治疗前后经实时荧光定量PCR方法检测HPV 6/11 DNA拷贝数。在末次治疗后第1周评估疗效,在第4和第8周评估复发率。结果:治疗结束后第1周,疣体清除率为97.26%。第4周和第8周复发率分别为12.33%和21.09%。治疗前HPV DNA基线均值为(6.66±0.65)log10拷贝,治疗第1次后为(5.56±0.78)log10拷贝,治疗第2次后为(4.47±0.74)log10拷贝,治疗第3次后为(3.36±0.73)log10拷贝。治疗前后4组数据经方差分析显示差异有统计学意义(F=753.61,P<0.01)。采用配对t检验对PDT治疗前后各组数据进行两两比较显示差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:随着PDT治疗次数增加,HPV DNA拷贝数随之降低,表明PDT可明显降低ACW患者HPV 6/11DNA载量。
Objective:To determine the effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on HPV DNA loads onto analcanal warts (ACW). Methods :The copies of HPV DNA in 33 ACW patients were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction test before and after three times PDT. Results:Before the PDT, the average HPV DNA copies were (6.66± 0.65)log10. After three times PDT, the average HPV DNA copies were (5.56 ±0. 78)1og10, (4.47 ±0.74) logl0 and (3.36 ± 0. 73)log10, respectively. Four sets of data were analyzed by repeated meas- ures ANOVA, which showed statistically significance ( F = 753.61, P 〈 0.01 ). The differences between the before and after 3 times PDT treatment groups by using a paired t-test shows statisti- cally significance (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: With the increase of the number of PDT treatment, HPV DNA copies decreases, indicating that PDT can significantly reduce HPV 6/11 DNA loads onto ACW patients.
