摘要
采用文献归纳、专家咨询、小组座谈和定律演绎法,分析"十三五"时期我国食品安全领域面临优化法律体系、解决监管协调力与执行力问题、完善政府服务、应对新媒体、迎接国际贸易挑战和建立全程监管体系的6大挑战。
It uses the Methods of literature review, expert consultation, group discussion and law of deductive, analyzes food safety field facing six major challenges as that to optimize law system, solve supervision and coordination force and executive force, improve the challenges for government services, cope with new media, meet the international trade challenges and set up the whole regulatory system in "The Thirteenth Five - Year Planning" period.
