摘要
微生物胞外聚合物(EPS)具有可以充当吸附剂、絮凝剂、混凝剂及固定微生物等潜能.系统综述了基于EPS在环境工程领域中的应用研究进展,详细阐述了EPS在土壤中污染物去除及土壤修复的研究成果,指出了EPS作为生物絮凝剂的优势,并对EPS的作用机理进行探讨,以期为EPS在环境工程中的深入研究给予借鉴和指导.
Extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) have the potential to serve as adsorbent, flocculant, coagulant and immobilization of microorganism, etc. Basing on the EPS application in environmental engineering, this study reviews the function of EPS in pollutants removal and soil restoration systematically, points out the advantages of EPS as the bioflocculant, and discusses the mechanism of EPS to provide an guidance for the in depth study of EPS in environmental engineering.
