摘要
简述阻燃剂微胶囊化技术。综述了聚磷酸铵微胶囊化改性研究的进展,以及聚磷酸铵微胶囊化所用包覆的有机基体材料研究进展,介绍了使用三聚氰胺-甲醛、环氧树脂、有机硅烷、聚多巴胺等作为包覆基体材料时聚磷酸铵的理化性能改变情况。对聚多巴胺包覆APP进行了试验。提出聚多巴胺微胶囊化包覆研究对APP绿色化、安全化研究具有极其重要的意义。
Microencapsulation of flame retardant materials was briefly inlroduced. The development on microencapsulation in ammonium polyphosphale (APP) was reviewed, and the different shell matrix materials of microcapsules were particular introduced. The physical and chemical property changes of APP when melamine formaldehyde, epoxy resin, organic silane, poly dopamine were used as shell malerials of microcapsules were introduced. Experiments of poly dopamine coating APP were conducfed. The selection of poly-dopamine shell materials of APP is impartanffor the study on the green and safety of APP.
