摘要
消防监控仪表是消防设备中必要的仪器部件,快速而准确地识读仪表将影响火场的救援速度。运用安全人机工程学的理论,分析刻度盘形状、颜色和温度因素对仪表认读的影响,运用LabVIEW编写程序并进行实验设计,根据实验数据的分析提出消防仪表的最佳匹配方式,提高火场救援中仪表认读的速度与准确度。
Fire monitor instrument is a necessary instrument component in fire fighting equipment. It is very important to read the instrument for fire rescue rapidly and accurately. The influence of the shape, color and temperature of the meter reading was analyzed by using the theory of safety ergonomics. LabVIEW program was used to experimental design. According to the analysis of experimental data,a best match of fire instrument was suggested to improve the reading speed and accuracy.
