摘要
针对大型舰船机库火灾烟气控制问题,提出利用机械排烟将烟气排出舱外的方法,将机库通风系统改造为兼顾平时通风和火灾时排烟的通风排烟系统。为保证机械排烟系统的排烟效果,通过正交试验法对不同机械排烟方案进行多组模拟试验,选取烟气层高度和温度作为评价指标,采用综合评分法对多指标正交试验结果进行分析。对模拟试验所得数据进行极差分析和方差分析,在一定程度上得到机械排烟系统的最佳配置方案,优化机械排烟系统中的相关参数。
According to the problems in fire smoke control in large warship hangar,transforming the hangar ventilation system into both normal ventilation and fire smoke exhaust system, the mechanical smoke exhaust was put forward. The related parameters of the mechanical exhaust system and ventila tion system were optimized by orthogonal experiment to ensure the smoke exhaust efficiency. The height of smoke layer and the temperature were selected as evaluating indicators, and the comprehensive seoring method was used to analyze the multi-indicator orthogonal experiment. The range analysis and the variance analysis were used to analyze the data of simulation experiment, the best condition of mechanical smoke exhaust system was obtained and the relative parameters were optimized in certain extent.
