摘要
目的:筛选护理效率评价指标,为护理效率的合理评价提供依据。方法:在查阅相关文献和专家讨论的基础上,利用自制调查表收集各护理单元的完整信息和基本情况,使用聚类分析、因子分析等方法,筛选出评价护理效率的投入产出指标。结果:在本次护理效率评价指标筛选的过程中,获得了4个投入指标和5个产出指标。结论:护理效率没有可量化、可操作的评价指标,本研究通过文献查阅和统计分析筛选出9个评价指标,确定的指标具有科学性、全面性和实用性,可以很好的应用于护理效率评价。
Objective： To explore the nursing effciency evaluation index, provide the basis for reasonable nursing efficiency evaluation.Method： On the basis of reading a large number of related literature and expert interview, self-made questionnaire was used to collect the full information of the nursing unit and the basic situation, the factor analysis and cluster analysis method were used input indicators and output indicators evaluation of nursing efficiency were selected.Result ： In the nursing efficiency index screening, received 4 input indicators and 5 output index.Conclusion： Nursing efficiency no quantification or evaluation indexes, this study through literature review and statistical analysis screens nine evaluation indexes, indicators to determine with accuracy, scientific, complete and practical.h can be well used in efficiency evaluation of nursing.
