摘要
经济危机后,澳大利亚政府深刻认识到提高劳动力基础技能水平对个人、企业和整个社会经济发展的重要性,采取了一系列措施提高国民基础技能水平,以求缩小本国与其他几个主要竞争对手之间在基础技能上的差距,也是为了促进国家的经济发展,寻求社会公平。成人基础技能国家战略是提高成人技能水平、发展成人教育的一个重大举措。对我国而言,应该加强对成人基础技能重要性的认识,开展成人基础技能测评,积极促进基础技能发展。
After the global financial crisis,Australia government is acutely aware of the importance of raising basic skills levels of workforce for individuals,businesses and social economic development. A series of measures has been taken to enhance the national basic skill level in order to narrow the gap of basic skills between domestic and several other main competitors,to promote the national economic development and seek social justice. Adult basic skills national strategy is an important initiative to improve the level of adult skills and develop the adult education. For our country,we should strengthen the awareness of the importance of adult basic skills,carry out the evaluation of adult basic skills,and actively promote the development of basic skills.
