摘要
本设计改进了电脱盐反冲洗系统,通过在电脱盐罐底部,即水冲洗分布管与进水管之间增设一段或多段隔板装置,其总长与进水管长度相当,在电脱盐运行过程中,能够有效地解决开启水冲洗系统时形成冲洗水流搅动而影响油水界位波动的问题。
The electric desalting backwash system was improved in this design. In the bottom of the electric desalter, one or several baffles with the same length with inlet pipeline of flushing water were added between the water distribution pipe and inlet pipe, which could effectively solve the water-oil interface fluctuation problem affected by flushing water agitation when opening the water flushing system.
