摘要 我国人工林资源储备日益增加,为了提高间伐效率,保证施工安全,实现林业机械化,生产中亟需一种小型履带式间伐采伐机以完成间伐材工作。设计了采伐机的切削机构,为间伐采伐机的设计提供了理论依据和参考。首先,根据加工要求对切削形式进行选择,并按照切削形式对切削机构整体进行结构设计与布局,确定汽油机作为切削机构的动力源,传动方式为带传动,刀具为组合式圆锯;随后对主轴和组合刀具的布置进行设计,确定了组合刀具是由横切锯片和粉碎锯片交替排布组成的;而后根据切削的形式,计算了切削主轴所需要的功率,并选择了汽油机型号;最后对带传动系统进行设计计算并进行了传动布置。 China's plantation resources have been increasing in recent years. In order to improve the harvesting efficiency, ensure processing safety and achieve forestry mechanization, a miniature tracked harvester was needed in intermediate cutting area. In this paper, the cutting system of the harvester was designed, which provided a theoretical basis and reference for the design of the harvester. Firstly, the cutting pattern was chosen according to the processing requirements, based on which, the structure and layout of the cutting system was determined. The gasoline engine was chosen as the power source, and the cutting tool were combined saw blades. Then the layout of the main shaft and the combination cutting tools were designed, which determined that the combination cutting tools was made of cross cutting blades and crushing blades placed alternately. After that, the power of the cutting spindle was calculated, and the gasoline engine model was chosen. At last, the parameter of belt drive system was calculated and the system was designed.
