摘要
固定式液压升降平台随着使用量的增加,其检测检验的社会需求也相应地快速增长。由于目前尚未有相应的检测检验规范,迫切需要编制制定适应固定式液压升降平台本身结构特性的安全检测检验规则,以适应经济发展的需要。阐述了地方标准编制的背景、工作过程及编制的基本原则。确定了标准编制的内容框架、主要技术内容,并研究了相关标准的技术要求对固定式液压升降平台检验项目的适应程度,提出了技术问题的处理意见。并为固定式液压升降平台检测检验的实施,提供了一个地方性、规范性的作业指导文件。
With the increasing popularity of the fixed hydraulic lifting platform, social demands of testing and inspection grow rapidly. Since there are no corresponding regulations on the testing and inspection, it＇s urgent to develop safety inspection regulations that are consistent with the structural characteristics of the fixed hydraulic platform to meet the demand of economic development. The paper describes the background, working process, and basic principles of developing the local standard, presents how well the technical requirements in trelated standards match the inspection projects of the fixed hydraulic lifting platform and presents treatment suggestios on technical problems. The study presents a local and standard operation instruction for testing and inspecting the fixed hydraulic lifting platform.
