摘要
通过对Hastelloy C-2000合金材料的化学成分、力学性能进行分析,采用手工钨极氩弧焊方法进行焊接试验研究,选用合理的焊接材料,拟定预焊接工艺规程,按照NB/T 47014—2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》进行检评,制定出合理的焊接工艺及技术措施,使焊接质量达到规范要求,对今后焊接同类材料起到积极的指导作用。
Based on the analysis of chemical compositions and mechanical properties of hastelloy C- 2000,the manual TIG welding process was used to weld Hastelloy C- 2000 in experiments. By selecting the proper welding materials and drafting pre-welding procedure,welding procedure qualification was made according to the NB / T 47014—2011'Pressure equipment welding procedure qualification',and the feasible welding procedure and technical measures were determined to ensure the welding quality to meeting the code requirement,it is to be a certain guide for welding the same kind of material.
