摘要
基于窄间隙焊接技术,以"CTB外盒体"为产品对象,进行了40 mm厚不锈钢箱体构件焊接工艺研究。结果表明,窄间隙坡口配合扁平式水冷焊枪可实现窄间隙焊接,减少焊接道次和焊接填料量,进而提高焊接效率的同时降低焊接变形;保护气体、焊接衬垫和焊接间隙的优选控制是保证单面焊双面成形时焊缝背面成形美观的关键因素;调节柔性收缩变形控制工装的横向伸出长度可使焊缝的收缩量和侧板朝向箱体内腔的偏移量相匹配,减小箱体侧板的弯曲变形量。最终,产品的焊缝质量和尺寸精度均满足要求。
The narrow gap welding process of 40 mm thick stainless steel box was conducted by using the 'CTB box'as the product object.The results show that narrow gap welding can be implemented by using narrow gap groove and flat type water-cooled welding torch,which can improve the welding efficiency and reduce the welding distortion. Optimal control of shielding gas,welding lining and groove gap are the main factor to ensure the one-side welding with back formation. The shrinkage of weld will match with the offset of side plate of the 'CTB box'by adjusting the elongation of flexible welding fixture,and then reduced the bending deformation of side plate of the 'CTB box'. Finally,the welding quality and dimensional accuracy of the 'CTB box'is satisfactory.
