摘要
本文从时间进程、区位分布、行业差异三个方面对我国340家制造业上市公司海外研发活动的总体特征加以分析,并重点剖析了这些企业海外研发活动的战略布局特点及成因。分析发现:我国制造业上市公司海外研发活动主要以技术开发为主;技术探索型研发活动主要集中于西方发达经济体;进入模式以新建为主、并购为辅。
This paper analyzed the general characteristics of overseas RD activities of 340 Chinese listed manufacturing companies from the perspective of time course,location distribution and industrial difference,especially focused on the strategic layout and the cause of overseas RD activities by these companies,finding overseas RD activities by Chinese listed manufacturing companies are mainly driven by the motivation of technology exploitation,investment aimed at technology exploration is concentrated in the western developed economies,and entry mode gives priority to the greenfield investment while acquisitions is complementary.
