摘要
高校思想政治理论课以外的各专业课教师是大学生思想政治教育的重要补充力量,他们在学生敬业教育、职业道德教育、人格教育等方面具有显著优势。为实现辅导员日常思想政治教育与专业课教师"课程思想政治教育"的协作育人,需在教育内容上构建二者的互补平台,在形式上构建互通平台,在方法上构建互融平台,在保障上构建互享平台,有效发挥二者的合力。
Besides the ideological and political course of university, teachers in other majors are the important supplement power of the ideological and political education of students. They have priority on the professional ethics education, personality education and so on. In order to achieve the cooperation of instructors＇ daily education and professional course education, it＇s suggested to build a complementary platform in the educational content, a communication platform in the form, a platform for mutual harmony on the method, and a platform for mutual sharing on the security, so as to effectively exert the resultant force.
