摘要
本研究运用便携式X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定工作场所空气中铅及其化合物滤膜样本。首先,随机选取12组现场采集的滤膜样本,用便携式XRF光谱仪测定每张样本上13个点的浓度。然后按照工作场所空气中铅及其化合物的测定方法将样本进行消解,并用原子吸收光谱法测定。通过两种统计学方法对样本测定结果进行分析:其一,方差分析,分析了滤膜样本表面铅及其化合物(铅烟)的分布,结果显示各个样本内无显著差异,其均匀性较好。其二,成对T检验法分析便携式XRF荧光光谱法和原子吸收光谱法测定结果之间的关系,验证结果显示两种方法测定结果在99%置信概率下无差异,显著相关。
In this examination,XRF was used to detect lead and its compound samples collected from workplace atmosphere. First of all,12 samples were selected randomly. In every sample,XRF was used to detect 13 test points. Then, all 12 samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry ( A AS) after being digested. And then,two statistical methods were used to analyze the results. One of them was Analysis of Variance,which was used to analyze the distribution of the lead and its compounds in each sample. The result showed that there was no significant difference and the uniformity of the filter samples was acceptable. The other one was Paired-Samples T-Test,which was used to analyze the relationship between the two testing results of XRF and AAS. The result showed that there was no significant difference at 99% confidence level.
