摘要
使用几种不同厚度的OSB板生产竹木复合集装箱底板,对生产工艺进行正交试验,得出最佳工艺为单位压力2.8-3.0 MPa、热压温度135-140℃、热压时间1.1-1.2 min/mm板厚、胶水浓度19%-20%。对不同厚度OSB板生产出的集装箱底板进行了理化性能检测,结果表明,12 mm及以下厚度OSB板可以生产竹木复合集装箱底板,其他厚度规格不能满足质量标准要求。
OSB boards of different thicknesses are used to produce bamboo/wood composite container floors, and orthogonal testing on the production process is performed,with the optimum process obtained as followsunit pressure: 2.8 -3. 0 MPa,hot press temperature: 135 - 140 Xl ;hot press time: 1.1 - 1.2 min/mm; board thickness and glue consistency 19% -20%. Physical and chemical property testing on the container floors produced using OSB boards of different thicknesses is performed,with the result showing that the OSB boards with thickness equal to or less than 12 mm can be used to produce bamboo/wood composite container floors, and the OSB boards of the other thicknesses don’t meet the quality standard requirements.
