摘要
针对华北地区雾霾污染的长期性和频繁性,运用复杂有害气体释放模型(CHARM),开展雾霾气象条件下工业区燃煤锅炉烟气排放对周边居民区影响的环境模拟,并通过地理信息系统(GIS)聚类分析手段,划定污染影响的空间级别,最后针对工业区雾霾天气应急管理、雾霾补偿和产业用地布局规划等方面提出对策建议。结果表明,在雾霾气象条件下,燃煤锅炉烟气连续排放20min可对周边高层建筑产生影响,连续排放1h则对周边258 334m2产生明显污染。距排放点水平距离110m内、垂直高度80m以上区域以及距排放点水平距离340-400m、垂直高度40-60m区域受锅炉烟气污染最为严重。
For the long-term and frequent status of haze pollution in north China, complex hazardous air release model (CHARM) was used and the environment simulation of influence of coal-fired boiler flue gas emission in the industrial zone on surrounding residential area under the haze was carried out. By geographic information system (GIS) clustering analysis,the spatial impact extent of the pollution was defined. Finally, some suggestions were put forward for haze weather emergency management, haze compensation and industrial land layout planning in industrial zone. The results showed that under the haze,coal-fired boiler flue gas continuous emission of 20 min had an impact on the surrounding high-rise buildings, and continuous discharge of 1 h had a significant increase in the scope of surrounding 258 334 m2. The most serious regions polluted by coal-fired boiler flue gas were within 110 m horizontal distance from emission source with a vertical height above 80 m and the horizontal distance of 340-400 m with the verti-cal height of 40-60 m.
