摘要
目的:建设跨区域的医疗信息化平台,实现统一标准、统一平台、资源共享、互联互通的目标,为医疗管理和决策提供数据支持。方法:对区域医疗信息平台建设过程中必须涉及到的行业标准、政策规范以及总体建设内容和目标进行研究,对平台实施过程的重点、难点以及需要关注的问题进行探讨。结果:区域医疗信息平台通过跨语言的通讯协议模式、完善且快速的平台索引功能以及统一的接口标准及数据模式,健全了患者唯一身份信息,避免医疗转诊重复检查,方便医务人员及时查阅患者的诊疗信息并对症治疗,避免医疗中误操作和误诊治,解决医院内部数据不标准、信息不共享及业务流程不可控的问题。实现患者分流,缓解医院的压力,降低整体社会医疗成本。结论:区域医疗信息平台通过进一步扩展及延伸,将更快地缩小各类医疗机构之间的差距,通过持续探索和完善,为广大患者及家属提供优质的医疗服务。
Objective According to the current status of medical information, without affectingthe existing medical information system and project, the construction of medical informationplatform across the region is to better serve patients and return to the society. Methods： To studyinvolved to the regional medical information platform construction in the process of industrystandards, policies and regulations, overall construction content and target research, and todiscuss the platform implementation of the focus and the difficulty of the process and problems.Results： The methods, including regional health information platform through cross language communication modes,perfect and fast indexing platform function, unified standard of interface and data model, can improve the patients’unique identity information, avoid medical referral repeated examination, check treatment information timely accessto symptomatic treatment, avoid medical misoperation, mistaken diagnosis and treatment to solve the hospital internaldata that is non-standard, information un-sharing and uncontrollable business process, realize the patient triage to easethe pressure of the hospital, and reduce the overall social medical costs. Conclusion： The regional medical informationplatform through further expansion and extension will quickly narrow the gap among the various medical institutions andbring the good medical service for the majority of patients and their families by continuous exploration and improvement.
