摘要
目的:探讨唤醒干预对脑性昏迷患者觉醒意识的感知水平及预后的影响。方法:收治脑性昏迷患者60例,将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合唤醒干预。结果:观察组感知觉评分、平均苏醒时间、整体意识状态情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:唤醒干预对提高、优化脑性昏迷患者医疗服务水平和效率有很好的促进作用。
Objective：To explore the effect of arousal intervention on the level of awareness and prognosis of patients with cerebral coma.Methods：60 cases of cerebral coma patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine care.The observation group were given the wake up intervention on the basis of the control group.Results：The observation group was better than the control group in the sense of perception,average recovery time,and the overall state of consciousness（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The wake up intervention in improving and optimizing the level of medical services in patients with cerebral coma and the efficiency has a good role in promoting.
