摘要
卓越教师培养是教育战线的大事,教育部有关卓越教师培养的文件中具体明确了卓越教师的培养目标。卓越中学音乐教师的职前培养应遵循有关的培养精神,做好以下四方面的工作:摸清用人单位需求,明确卓越教师培养目标,准确定位;遴选优生,配备强师,办好加强实验班;打破校内独立教学模式,创建新型教学机制;破旧立新,构建模块化的教师教育课程体系。卓越教师的培养是一个长期工程,需要师范院校的职前培养与工作单位的继续教育相结合才能完成。
Recently the increasing attention has been paid to pre-service cultivation on excellent teachers, and the Ministry of Education regulates the categories according to the related document, u On Implementing the Project of Cultivation on Excellent Teachersw. Guided by the document, preservice cultivation on excellent music teachers in middle school is carried out in respect of the following four aspects, to set specific goals in order to conform to the requirements of employers, to run and strengthen the experimental class equipped with top teachers and selected students, to explore a new kind of teaching mechanism by breaking the present mode of independent teaching and to innovate the modular teacher education curriculum system. Cultivation on excellent teachers is a long-term project, which requires nomial colleges and work units to cooperate with each odier regarding preserdce and continuing education.
