中深层稠油油藏SAGD开发动态关系研究与应用

摘要 辽河油田中深层稠油油藏均经历蒸汽吞吐降压才转入SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)开发,开采机理复杂,蒸汽腔调控难度加大。分析了不同油藏条件和操作参数对SAGD开发效果的影响,明确了油层厚度、含油饱和度等4个油藏条件与SAGD开发效果的对应关系,建立了采注比、注汽井点数等4个操作参数的开发调整界限。现场应用后,SAGD油汽比由0.18上升至0.23,产油量达到80×10~4 t/a,为辽河油田稠油稳产提供了技术保障,对同类型油藏的开发具有一定的指导意义。 The mid-deep viscous oil reservoirs in Liaohe oilfield are all went through the stage from cyclic steam stimulation depressurizing to SAGD(steam assisted gravity drainage) development. Recovery mechanism is complex and the control of steam chamber is more different. This paper reveals the effects on SAGD performance in different reservoir conditions and under different operating parameters, defines the correspondence between four reservoir conditions, such as reservoir thickness, oil saturation, and SAGD development effect. And it builds the limits of four development adjustment coefficients, such as production-injection ratio and amount of injectors. After the application in the field, oil-steam-ratio increases from 0.18 to 0.23, and oil production reaches to 80×104 ton per year. It provides the technology support for stable production of heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield and has significance for the same type of oil reservoir.
