摘要 对天钢烧结烟气半干法脱硫系统在运行过程中出现的问题进行了分析,通过控制生石灰消化程度,加强雾化喷水系统检查,控制床层厚度,合理控制压差等优化措施,确定了烧结烟气半干法脱硫运行的关键工艺运行参数,实现了脱硫系统的稳定运行,脱硫效率达到85%以上,同步率达到100%,各项排放指标远远低于国家标准,年减排二氧化硫5 000 t,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 The paper analyzes the problems occurring during the running of Tiangang sintering fume semi dry method desulfurization system.After optimization measures were taken such as controlling quicklime slaking,enhancing inspection on atomizing and spraying system,controlling bed thickness and reasonably controlling pressure difference,critical process parameters for sintering fume semi dry method desulfurization were defined and the stable running of desulfurization system realized.Desulfurization efficiency reached over85% and synchronous rate,100%.Emission indices were much lower than those required by the national standard and annual sulfur dioxide emission was reduced by 5 000 t,achieving good economic and social benefits.
