X射线荧光光谱法分析烧结矿中有害元素

摘要 采用熔融制样X射线荧光光谱法分析烧结矿中砷、铅、锌元素含量。采用硝酸锂作为氧化剂,四硼酸锂作为熔剂,饱和溴化锂作为脱模剂,高温熔融制样;以不同含量的烧结矿标准样品及有化学值的生产样品作为校准样品,建立分析曲线,通过校正,测定样品中的元素含量。该方法的测定结果与标样标准值及ICP法的测量结果一致,准确度及精确度较高,能够满足生产需求。 The content of arsenic,lead and Zinc in sinter ore was determined by melting sample preparation and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The sample was melted and prepared under high temperature with lithium nitrate as oxidizing agent,lithium tetraborate as solvent and saturated lithium bromide as release agent.Analysis curve was established with standard sample and production sample with chemical value from sinter ore with different contents as standard calibration sample to measure and determine the content of elements through calibration.The results given by this method were consistent with standard sample values and those by ICP method.With high accuracy and precision,this method could meet production requirement.
