薄规格Q 460E高强钢板生产工艺优化

摘要 分析了薄规格Q460E高强钢板屈服不合和板形控制不良等问题产生的原因,通过对炼钢工艺及轧钢工艺进行优化,使屈服强度合格率达100%,尺寸精度和板形控制水平明显提高,保证了钢板的板型质量,实现了薄规格Q460E高强钢板的批量生产。 The authors analyzed the causes for the problems of inappropriate yield strength and poor shape control for thin Q460 E high strength steel plate and optimized steel-making process and rolling process.Consequently,the qualification rate of yield strength reached 100% and dimension precision and plate shape control level were substantially improved.The quality and shape of steel plate were ensured as well.The scale production of thin Q460 E high strength steel plate was realized.
