摘要
目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合电针对中风后遗症患者血清IL-6及IL-1β水平影响。方法:选取医院治疗的中风后遗症患者82例作研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组37例采用单纯电针治疗;研究组45例在电针基础上配合补阳还五汤加减治疗。治疗前、治疗3周、术后6周时空腹抽取外周静脉血5 m L,采用酶联免疫吸附法试剂盒测定血清IL-6及IL-1β水平,对比两组间运动、感觉功能变化及临床疗效。结果对照组临床有效率(78.38%)低于研究组临床有效率(93.33%);对照组肌肉运动功能改善率(67.57%)低于研究组改善率(88.89%);对照组神经感觉功能改善率(74.28%)低于研究组改善率(91.11%),两组治疗2周、治疗4周IL-1β和IL-6显著下降,研究组治疗2周后、治疗4周后显著低于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合电针治疗中风后遗症能显著降低血清IL-6及IL-1β水平,疗效显著。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with electro - acupuncture on IL - 6 and IL - 113 of apoplexy patients with sequela. Methods ： Eighty - two cases of sequela of apoplexy were selected and divided into 2 groups. A total of 37 cases in the control group were treated with simple electro - acupuncture and 45 in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The pa- tients＇peripheral venous blood was extracted 5 mL before treatment,3 and 6 weeks after operation. Serum levels of IL -6 and IL - 113 were determined by ELISA and exercise, sensory function and clinical efficacy were compared. Results ： The clinical effective rate in the control group （78.38%） was lower than the experiment group＇ s （93.33 % ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The muscle motor function improvement rate in the control group（67.57% ） was lower than the experiment group＇ s rate （88.89%）. The nerve sensory function improvement rate in the control group （74.28%） was lower than the experiment group＇s （91.11%）. IL- 113 and IL-6in two groups after 2 and 4 weeks treatment were significantly decreased and IL - 113 and IL - 6 in experiment group were significantly lower than those of the control group with significant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with electro - acupuncture in the treatment of apoplexy pa- tients with sequela can significantly reduce the serum IL - 6 and IL - 113 levels with significant effect.
