摘要
利用圆锥破碎机分层破碎的原理,将动锥衬板进行分层,分析各层的受力情况。将建立好的衬板三维模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中,分析衬板的静力学和动力学特性,从而了解衬板在工作状态中的应力应变及振动情况,为衬板的结构优化提供理论基础。
Using the hierarchical crushing principle of cone crusher,this paper will layer the dynamic cone plate and analyze the stress distribution of each layer.The established 3Dmodel will be imported into ANSYS Workbench in order to analyze the statics and dynamics properties of liner.The results will be helpful for understanding the lining in the working state of stress and strain and vibration situation,and for providing theoretical basis for the structure optimization of lining the board.
