摘要
目的 探讨心理护理对子宫肌瘤手术患者心理状态的影响效果。方法：选取2014年10月-2016年2月来我院接受治疗的50例子宫肌瘤手术患者，随机分为常规组和研究组，每组25例。常规组患者施以基础护理，研究组患者予以心理护理，比较分析2组护理效果。结果：研究组的SDS评分和SAS评分均明显优于常规组，对比差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：心理护理比常规护理更有利于缓解患者焦虑、紧张等负面情绪，促进患者术后恢复，护理效果显著，具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on psychological status of patients with uterine fibroids surgery. Methods： Selection of objects for 2014 October 2016 2 months to our hospital to accept the treatment of 50 cases of uterine fibroids surgery patients, using randomizeddivided into two groups, 25 cases in routine group were subjected to basic-nursing, 25 cases of study group were given psychological nursing, comparative analysis and nursing effect of the two groups. Results： The SDS score and SAS score were significantly better than the conventional group, had significant differences （P〈0.05）, there were statistical significance. Conclusion： Psychological nursing care than routine nursing is more conducive to alleviate patient anxiety, tension and other negative emotions, promote the postoperative recovery of patients, nursing effect, has clinical value.
