摘要
目的理解护理安全文化的概念。检索脊柱外科护理安全隐患、确保患者护理安全，提高满意度。方法，调查2014年1月-2015年1月发生在我科跌倒／坠床、压疮、烫伤的随机分组、与满意度。结果：两组的不良事件发生率与满意度比例有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论；护理安全文化的实施是提高护理质量的保证，在我科有明显效果，值得推广。
Objective To understand the concepts of nursing safety culture. Retrieve the spine surgery nursing safety, ensure the safety of the patient care satisfaction.
