摘要
在旧城区更新的过程中,基于风热环境优化的改造策略对改善旧城地段的居民生活品质意义重大。以武汉大智门地区为例,综合考虑了外界盛行风、自然对流和热辐射等多重作用机制对该城区热舒适性和通风效应的影响,采用CFD数值模拟技术,建立流体与热传导数学模型。通过"局部拆除改造"的方式,对不同的局部拆除方案下旧城片区近地面处的通风效应和热舒适度进行比较分析,总结了导致旧城区风热环境恶化的城市布局因素,并基于拆除区域的空间布局提出了创造长街短巷、拓展潜力风道、构建插花布局、采用T形空间、点状优化生态基底等旧城"局部改造策略"。研究结果可从风热环境舒适度的角度对旧城更新规划和城市设计提供借鉴,以创造更为舒适的人居环境。
Suitable strategies based on the improvement of wind and thermal environment are critical in improving life quality of residents in inner city district during urban renewal. This paper chooses Wuhan inner city district for the case study. Considering the multiple mechanisms such as the influences of ambient crosswind, natural convection and thermal radiation, a numerical model of fluid flow and heat transfer is built using CFD numerical modeling simulation. By "partial demolition and renewal", this paper compares the improvement of wind and thermal comfort under different building demolishing plans, and summarizes the factors of city spatial layout which have led to the aggravation of the wind and thermal environment in inner city. Based on the spatial layout of the demolishing area, strategies for urban partial renewal are proposed, such as adopting long streets and short alleys,taking the prevailing wind direction to establish air passage, forming dispersed layout, adopting T-shape open space and optimizing the ecological base. The result of this research can be used for reference in urban renewal planning and urban design to achieve better thermal comfort and livability in inner cities of metropolis.
