Bimetallic eomposite pipe is a new type of pipe made of corrosion-resistant alloy as the inner layer and the earbon steel as the outer layer and this pipe can provide high strength of carbon steel at outer layer and corrosion resistant properties of the alloy material at inner layer. Presented an overview of the bimetallic composite pipe and a description on its research and application status.
