摘要
目的研究关键点控制与支撑面改变对于偏瘫患者肢体功能提高的。方法将2011年4月～2014年5月入住我院的明确诊断为偏瘫的患者80例分为两组，康复组与对照组各40例。对照组40例按常规治疗，康复组40例除常规治疗外，在患者入院不同时期开始进行关键点控制与支撑面改变的方法训练。结果两组患者经过8周的康复训练后，关键点控制与支撑面改变的方法训练在感觉方面、平衡能力、肢体痉挛、废用综合征与对照组相比有显著性提高。结论通过不同时期开始进行关键点控制与支撑面改变的训练方法有利于偏瘫患者肢体功能的整体提高，从而减轻和降低偏瘫患者并发症的发生。
Objective To study the key points control and bearing surface change of limb function in patients with hemiplegia to improve. Methods In April 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital diagnosis for 80 cases of hemiplegia patients were divided into two groups,rehabilitation group and the control group （n=40）.Control group 40 cases according to the conventional treatment,rehabilitation group 40 cases in addition to the regular treatment,the patients admitted to hospital in different periods began to control the key points and the bearing surface change method of training. Results Two groups of patients after eight weeks of rehabilitation training,key points control and bearing surface change method of training in the aspect of sense,balance,limb spasm,disuse syndrome compared with the control group had significant increase. Conclusion The key points to be controlled by different period beginning with the bearing surface to change the training method to overall improve the limb function in patients with hemiplegia,so as to mitigate and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with hemiplegia.
