摘要
目的探讨芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 100例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合芪参益气滴丸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者LVEF、BNP及6min步行距离改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见不良反应。结论芪参益气滴丸治疗慢性心力衰竭治疗效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of astragali radix bolus for replenishing qi in treating CHF. Methods 100 patients with CHF were randomly divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The study group was treated with combination of astragali radix bolus for replenishing qi on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,the improvement degree of LVEF,BNP and 6 min walking distance in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）;There was no adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Astragali radix bolus for replenishing qi in the treatment of CHF has significant effect,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
