摘要
目的探究脂联素mRNA在不同程度子痫前期患者中的表达水平,探讨其在子痫前期中的作用及相关性。方法研究对象选取2014年6月-2015年9月我院收治的62例子痫前期患者,其中轻度子痫30例,重度子痫32例,分别设为轻度组和重度组,选取同期的50例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组,检测各组受检者胎盘及外周血中的脂联素mRNA水平进行对比分析。结果重度组患者胎盘和外周血的脂联素mRNA水平分别为(0.39±0.12)和(0.11±0.01),轻度组患者胎盘和外周血的脂联素mRNA水平分别为(0.67±0.15)和(0.46±0.09),对照组胎盘和外周血的脂联素mRNA水平分别为(0.81±0.23)和(0.50±0.04),重度组患者胎盘和外周血的脂联素mRNA水平显著高于轻度组和对照组(P〈0.05),轻度组和对照组之间则无显著差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论脂联素的低表达可能与子痫前期的发病有所相关,且随着程度的增加水平显著降低,这种情况在胎盘和外周血中均有体现,可能是子痫前期病理生理过程的重要影响因素。
Objective To explore the expression level of adiponectin mRNA in patients with different degrees of preeclampsia, and to investigate the role and correlation of it in preeclampsia. Methods 62 cases of patients with preeclampsia were selected as the objects, which were cured in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015. 30 cases of patients with mild preeclampsia were mild group, 32 cases of patients with severe preeclampsia were severe group. 50 cases of normal pregnant women over the same period were selected as control group. Placenta and peripheral blood adiponeetin mRNA levels of subjects of each group were compared. Results Placenta and peripheral blood adiponectin mRNA levels of severe group respectively were (0.39 ± 0.12) and (0.11 ± 0.01). Placenta and peripheral blood adiponeetin mRNA levels of mild group respectively were (0.67 ± 0.15) and (0.46 ± 0.09). Placenta and peripheral blood adiponectin mRNA levels of control group respectively were (0.81 ± 0.23) and (0.50 ± 0.04). Placenta and peripheral blood adiponectin mRNA levels of severe group were significantly higher than those of mild group and control group(P 〈 0.05). There were no significant difference between mild group and control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Low expression of adiponectin may be associated with the incidence of preeclampsia, which is significantly reduced with the increased levels. This situation is reflected in both peripheral blood and placenta. It may be an important factor in the pathophysiology of preeclampsia.
