摘要
目的:探讨益气活血方对经冠状动脉结扎联合注射左旋硝基精氨酸建立的冠心病心气虚证病证结合大鼠模型血浆儿茶酚胺类物质含量变化的影响及意义。方法:将大鼠随机分为空白对照组,假手术组,模型组,西药组和中药低、中、高剂量(14.4、28.8、43.2g/kg)组,每组8只,西药组在造模后行盐酸地尔硫卓治疗,中药组行不同浓度的益气活血方治疗。所有大鼠最后取腹主动脉血检测血浆儿茶酚胺类物质肾上腺素(E)及去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量。结果:与模型组比较,各用药组E、NE含量均降低,仅中药高剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气活血方能降低冠心病心气虚证大鼠血浆儿茶酚胺类物质含量,这可能是其治疗冠心病作用机制之一。
Objective：To investigate effects and significances of Yiqi Huoxue Formula on changes of plasma cate cholamines levels in rat model with heart qi dei ciency syndrome due to coronary heart disease（CHD）,established by coronary artery ligation combined with injection NG-nitro-L-arginine.Methods：Rats were randomly divided into blank group,control group,model group,western medicine group and high,medium and low dosage（14.4,28.8,43.2g/kg） Yiqi Huoxue Formula group,8 rats in each group.Rats in western medicine group had treatment of diltiazem hydrochloride after modeling,and rats in Chinese medicine group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Formula of different concentrations.Finally,the content of plasma epinephrine（E） and noradrenaline（NE） leverls of catechalamine were detected by taking blood from rats＇ abdominal aorta.Results：Compared with the model group,the content of catecholamine substances（E and NE） in the treatment groups were decreased（P〈0.05）,in which the high-dosage group had the largest difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue Formula can effectively lower the plasma catecholamines levels in rats with heart qi dei ciency syndrome due to CHD,which may be one of the effective mechanisms.
