摘要
采用正交试验对内蒙古集宁区郭亮村土壤盐分浸提条件进行了优化,运用标准加入法电导测定土壤可溶性盐分含量,与不除有机物的重量法测定结果相比,测量精度没有显著差异。与传统的重量法测定结果有明显差异,该方法测定体系一致,一方面避免了传统重量法测定中可溶性有机盐类氧化分解产生误差,另一面减少了由于盐分浓度高电导率偏离线性产生的误差;此法可以通过刮盐皮,建立浓度和电导率的相关函数后,进行土壤盐分快速、准确测定。为土壤改良和树种选择提供可靠数据。
In this paper, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the leaching conditions of soil salinity at Guo-Liang Village in Jining local district in Inner Mongolia; and the relationship between soil salinity and conductance was established by standard addition method. The total content of soil salinity was determined by measuring conductance of soil leaching solution. Compared with the results determined by weighting method which does not remove organic matter, there was no significant difference in measurement precision. Although the method is consistent with the system, the results were significantly different from the traditional weight method since on the one hand, it avoids the error of the traditional weighing method in the determination of the oxidation and decomposition of soluble organic salts and on the other side, the error of the high conductivity of salt concentration is reduced. Therefore, by scraping the salt and by establishing the correlation coefficient of concentration and electrical conductivity, the amount of salts in soil can be determined rapidly and accurately to provide reliable reference data for the improvement of soil and the selection of tree species.
