摘要
目前一些高职院校会计专业的培养目标及教学计划还没有脱离学科体制下的模式,培养目标的单一及学历层次偏低成为高职会计专业发展的羁绊。根据行动导向职业教育理念,会计岗位及相关岗位应具备相应职业能力。所以,专业课程的设置要以提升职业能力为目标,形成新的会计专业培养模式,使其符合"做中教,做中学"的职业教育理念。
At present the cultivation goal and teaching plan of the accounting major in some vocational colleges are still the mode of subject system. The single training goal and low level of academic qualification influence the development of the major. According to the action-oriented vocational education concept, the accounting post and its relevant posts should have corresponding professional ability. So the setting of professional courses should aim to improve the vocational ability, form the new training mode, and conform to the vocational education concept of teaching by doing, and learning by doing.
