摘要
2013年教育部与中国科协联合推动在全国范围内首选6所试点高校探索培养研究生阶段的科普专门人才。通过对试点高校的人才培养方案、课程设置、工作总结报告等文本进行分析后发现:高校科普硕士人才培养过程中存在诸多现实问题与困难,包括学科体系不顺、人才培养目标模糊、课程体系松散、师资队伍基础薄弱等。为此,需要增加政策支持与财政投入、以职业需求为导向定位人才培养目标、聚焦人才培养目标以设置课程体系、引导和鼓励科普师资队伍建设。
In 2013, China Association for Science and Technology and Ministry of Education launched a new master program of science popularization and communication in 6 pilot universities. Through document analysis on the talent cultivation plans, curriculum setups and work reports, this study revealed problems and difficulties that hinders the development of master program of science popularization and communication, including inappropriate discipline setting, unfocused educational goal, loose curriculum system and shortage of teacher in both quality and quantity. Accordingly, there is a need to enhance government support both in policy and financial aspects, refine educational goal oriented in career orientation, design curriculum system focused on educational goal, and recruit and encourage more teachers to join the development of this new program.
