摘要
根据扰动磁场检测原理,设计了一个扰动磁场检测笔式探头,用于辅助常规探头,扫查常规探头难以检测处。利用搭建的简易试验平台,对探头定位缺陷的能力及探头的有效检测范围进行了分析,对缺陷的检测灵敏度进行了研究。经试验验证,该探头具有较强的缺陷定位能力、较高的检测灵敏度及较宽的有效检测范围。
According to the theory of alternating current field measurement,a pen type probe of alternating current field measurement was designed to assist conventional probe,scanning the place where is hard to detect for conventional probe.Through constructing simple test platform,the defect location ability and the effective detection range of the probe were analyzed. The detection sensitivity of defect was also analyzed.It was verified by test that the probe has strong ability of defect location,high detection sensitivity and wide detection range.
