摘要
为解决抗生素等人工合成药物导致畜禽的耐药性、药物残留等问题,研究人员发现中草药可以作为抗生素替代品之一。为此,中草药在畜牧业生产及科学研究方面受到广泛关注。存在于动物体内的肠道菌群对中草药有效成分的分解代谢转化、吸收利用有着重要作用。因此,深入了解肠道菌群的分布及组成,以及对中草药有效成分的代谢作用,有利于兽医在临床上用药策略进行优化。本文就肠道菌群对中草药有效成分的分解代谢及中草药对肠道菌群的相互影响进行综述。
To solve the synthetic drugs such as antibiotics of drug resistance and residues in live-stock and poultry,researchers found that Chinese herbal medicine could be used as one of antibiotics substitutes. Thus, Chinese herbal medicine has attracted widespread attention in livestock pro-duction and scientific research fields. The animal intestinal flora plays an important role in metabolism, conversion, absorption and utilization of the active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine.Therefore,a thorough understanding of intestinal flora distribution and composition, and metabolism of active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine,is advantageous to veterinarian in clinical medication strategy optimization. This article summarized mutual interaction on intestinal flora and catabolism on the active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicine.
