摘要
为了保证远洋船舶上粮食长期储存的安全,需有效控制粮食库温度和水分。文章应用粒子群优化算法对粮食库温度、湿度PID控制器参数开展了寻优研究,建立了相应的优化目标函数,利用寻优得到的参数构成温湿度PID控制器,对粮食库空气处理的温湿度进行优化控制。并在Matlab环境下开展了基于粒子群PID控制的粮食库温湿度控制仿真试验,验证了利用这种算法获得的良好控制效果。
In order to ensure grain long period safe storage on the ocean-going vessels, it is really necessary to control the temperature and humidity of grain warehouse. In this paper, the particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used to optimize the controI parameters of temperature PID controller and humidity PID controller, which are used to control the temperature and humidity of grain warehouse. Moreover, an optimization objective function is built. Finally, the temperature PID controller and humidity PID controller are built based on the optimized parameters obtained by using PSO. For testing the control effect of the two controllers, a grain warehouse temperature and humidity control simulation experiment based on PSO-PID algorithm is conducted. It shows that using the PSO-PID algorithm can meet the control demand and achieve good control result.
