摘要
随着建设用地逐渐减少,许多城市已进入大规模旧城改造阶段,工程场地往往位于建筑密集区内,越来越多地遇到深基坑邻近既有建筑物的情况。新建基坑开挖过程中,为保证邻近既有建筑物的安全与正常使用,有效分析基坑与邻近既有建筑的相互影响、提出风险控制措施显得非常重要。结合某一实际工程,对深基坑与邻近既有建筑相互影响问题进行总结,运用有限元数值分析方法对邻近的既有建筑-深基坑-围护结构进行分析,提出设计施工过程中的风险控制措施,指导基坑围护结构设计与施工,保证了邻近既有建筑的安全。
With gradually decrease of the construction land, many cities are entering large-scale urban renewal stage, and new project sites are often located in the built-up dense areas of the city, so there are more and more situations of deep foundation pit encountering adjacent existing buildings. During the process of new foundation pit excavation, in order to ensure the' safety and normal use of the adjacent existing buildings, it's very important to effectively analyze the interaction between deep foundation pit and adjacent existing buildings and put forward risk control measures. Based on an actual project, the interaction problem between deep foundation pit and adjacent existing buildings was summarized. The finite element numerical analysis method was used to analyze adjacent existing building-deep foundation pit-retaining structure. Risk control measures in design and construction process were put forward to guide the design and construction of retaining structure of foundation pit and ensure the safety of the adjacent existing buildings.
