摘要
采用液相还原法制备纳米零价铁(nZVI),制备得到的纳米铁颗粒粒径在20~50nm,并使用纳米零价铁与过氧化氢形成异相Fenton试剂氧化体系对染料罗丹明B进行降解,考察了pH、温度、H_2O_2投加量、纳米铁投加剂量对罗丹明B降解率的影响。结果表明,30℃、pH 2.0、纳米零价铁0.8g/L、过氧化氢1mmol/L、反应10min,罗丹明B降解率达到99%。反应过程符合准一级动力学反应,表观反应速率常数为0.337min-1(30℃)。
Nano zero valent iron (nZVI) was prepared by liquid reduction, particle size of which were from 20 to 50 nm. Rhodamine B was degraded by heterogeneous Fenton oxidation system formed by nZVI and hydrogen peroxide. The effects of pH, temperature, dosage of H202 nano-iron on the degradation rate of Rhodamine B were studied. The degradation rate of Rhodamine B could reach to 99% at 30℃, pH 2.0, nanoscale zero valent iron dosage of 0.8 g/L, hydrogen peroxide dosage of 1 mmol/L after 10 min reaction. The reaction process followed the pseudo first order kinetics, and the apparent reaction rate constant was 0. 337 rain 1 at 30 ℃.
